Can't access 341U Configuration Page

Please help! I'm using a Sprint AirCard 341U and can't access the configuration page. I've tried calling Sprint, and they were no help at all. I have internet access, but I can't access http://SprintModem at all. I've tried Mac and PC (following all documentation and turning off all firewalls/antivirus) and get NOTHING!

I've tried the suggested 191.168.1.1, I even did an ipconfig and entered the default gateway address (which should be the same as the AirCard) 108.116.192.101, and still NOTHING.

How can I turn on the GPS function if I can't even access the configuration page?? This is maddening.
