Can't identify model

I can't identify the model of my Netgear modem.

It is a black square with no identifying features except the word Netgear, the Telstra logo, a circular window, little battery icon and two arrows on the front.

On the back is the embossed word Netgear.

When I press the little on/off button on the top, it changes the message in the circular window.  There are three windows, shown in sequence each time I press the button.

I have looked at the Telstra webpage and cannot find it listed.  We have only had it for 6 months or so.

All I am trying to do is log on to the account but it is telling me I don't have the correct 'credentials'.

Any assistance welcome.

Cheers

  • Sounds like a cellular hotspoot device. Take the cover off it, remove the batery. It should have a model number underneath the battery or in the battery compartment area. With this model number go to:   netgear.com/support/   and type that in. It'll have manuals, install guides, etc  to help you set it up.
