Can't update?

Hi all!

I'm trying to upgrade or downgrade my Smart Cradle but couldn't do so! I always get an error message for some reason? My Cradle is always on a restart loop and I want to fix that.

I was wondering if there's a place to download firmwares manually? I googled the web and searched NetGear's website with no luck.
