Change of SIm CArd at Nighthawk M1

Had to change the sim card (differnt company now...)-- now i cant set it up anymore...
What do I do? 
Sim card is in -- the name appears on the wlan list  -- i can connect but i cont have internet connection...

netgear app asks me for admin Password -- but doeesnt except the ione that is on the device...-- maybe there is the problem?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS). 

     

    If you are connected to the mobile router but cannot connect to the Internet, try the following suggestions:
    • Check the display status on the LCD.
    • Make sure that network coverage is available in your area.
    • Make sure that your SIM card is active and enabled with data services.
    • Wait one to two minutes for the mobile router to initialize.
    • Confirm that your account is activated and that no other Internet connections are active.
    • Switch your mobile router off and on and restart your computer or WiFi device.

     

    You can also factory reset the device. 

    • You must remove the cover on the bottom of the mobile router to access the Reset button. 
    • With a sharp object such as a paperclip, press and hold the Reset button for five seconds.
    The mobile router returns to factory settings.
