Connect Arlo with hotspot

Question

I’m trying to hook up Arlo cam to hotspot. Isolated location so all I have is cell phone hotspot. I tried a NETGEAR 3700 and it won’t connect. Do I need a better extender or a router as well? Or both? Again I have no access to incoming wired internet, just hotspot.

I ended up buying an Arlo go. Now my original system 60 miles away is offline and Arlo go is offline too. Used 2 different email addressees to set up. I’m lost!
