Connection issue

I’ve been using the router for over a year with no problems, but now I can’t seem to get a connection. The router told me I need to setup a APN but my computer doesn’t seem to pick up on the WiFi and I tried factory resetting but it doesn’t change anything. I cant connect to the router on my computer or phone to get into the router and fix the problem. Can anything be done or to I just scrap it?

    Please wired a computer to the MR1100 to access the router settings page.

    As you are having connectivity issue, we suggest to do factory reset. 

     

    Once you are logged in to the router settings page, go to SETTINGS > Administration > Factory reset.

      I am having trouble updating or even acknowledging NETGEAR90 router and need some questions answered....can't find where my SN is even acknowledged when I do a search??
