Data usage indication

I have just updated the firmware and now the data usage indicator has stopped working. It seems this was an old problem that was fixed with a firmware update but as I have just updated and checked for updates the only option I see is factory reset. Has anyone any ideas?

    - Firmware version 

    - Where did you purchase the unit?

      the model is MR1100, firmware version NTG9X50C_12.06.02.00 bought from Telstra. Hope this helps.

      Forgot to mention that I have reset unit, even left overnight with battery out but made no difference.
