Data Usage info unavailable at this time
I have a brand new Nighthawk M2, connected to Telstra.
The Data usage is not displaying. After an hour long 'conversation' with a Telstra robot/human, they say it's a Netgear issue that is work in progress.
Is this the case?

Hi Peterpoo123 ,
There are no issues with data usage that we are aware of. I have just checked my Nighthawk M2 and it is displaying the data usage correctly. Can you try rebooting the device to see if it comes back or do a factory reset on the unit. Has there been any recent changes to your data plan? Please also make sure the firmware is upto date by tapping Settings>Software>Check fo updates

Thanks for the reply.
As it turns out, the data usage started working this morning. It is a new data plan (but I've had the device and sim card for a week). The device had been working for a week, but just wasn't showing data usage. I guess it was just Telstra getting their act together.
