DC112A + Aircard 810s Cellular Connectivity Issues
Hi,
I have recently purchased a DC112A docking station/router for my Aircard 810s to help improve both cellular and WiFi signal strength. I am having issues when I connect the aircard, which has 3-4 bars of signal, to the DC112A, the signal drops out completley. I have also tried to attach an external antenna to the router, which makes no difference (yet it improves the cellular signal of the aircard when connected to it.).
Am I doing something wrong, or is there an issue wiith these products working together?

I think you are doing nothing wrong. Probably DC112A has internal antenna/antenna passthrough issue. It is worth to try Cradle factory reset. If it does not work after reset maybe you should get your Cradle replaced with new one(warranty issue).
