DC112A 2.4Ghz Drop Out

Can someone help me.

 

I'm not so tech savvy, but have been able to determine, that drop outs that I experience when using my laptops, are due to it connecting to the 2.4Ghz channel on the wifi on my Netgear AirCard Smart Cradle (model DC112A).

 

The 5Ghz does not experience any drop outs.

 

Is there something I can do, to stop this?

    You may want to change the wireless channel on the 2.4 ghz.

  • This problem is typically for the DC112A on all channels. Try to use 5GHz seriously!
