DC112A Lost hotspot

Hi, all

I have been using a DC112A for the last year, with no issues, hotspotting with a AirCard 790S.

Today the DC112A no longer detects the AirCard, no LED lights up and the Aircard does not show DC112A.

I have another DC112A, and this does detect the Aircard, so I know it is not the Aircard at fault.

I have done the factory resets and still not detected

 

the LAN and wireless etc all work - am I looking at a dead device :(

    Possibly since you said the other one works and you have already tried to factory reset the unit.
