DC112A Smart Cradle Looses WiFi after All Attached Devices Shutdown or Sleep
Firmware Version V1.0.0.30_1.0.60
Mobile Hotspot: AirCard 810S - connected and providing internet
Internet Source: Only use mobile broadband (wireless network provider)
I have wired and wireless devices attached to the Smart Cradle. When the last WiFi attached device is either shutdown or goes to sleep, the WiFi on the DC112A Smart Cradle after a while dies and cannot be attached to or awakened. Wired devices still work with internet connections (even if the device itself goes to sleep or is shutdown and later re-started). New attached wired devices are given an IP address and can attach to the internet always. Existing or new WiFi attached devices cannot re-join/join the WiFi once it is lost. Only a reboot of the DC211A Cradle will get WiFi working again.
What I thought was an intermittent problem has become more noticable since I setup the Cradle as a Development network that I access infrequently.

Hello pagedo
Have you tried to factory reset the unit and try to set it up agian?

Yes many many times. I recently noticed an old windows portable was still connected to the WiFi while my 2 Macs both had lost the connection and could not reconnect. I will investigate a little further - now that the DC112A is isolated to only a few development Macs and Win PC and Win laptop, I should be able to monitor Max OS X vs Windows behaviour re the DC112A WiFi and devices going to sleep.
