DC112A Smart Cradle Solid Amber Light Internet Connection

I have a DC112A Smart Cradle on firmware 1.0.0.30 with a 781S AirCard connected to it. When it is first turned on everything works fine. After a few hours a solid amber light turns on under the Internet Connection symbol. When this happens I lose all internet connection. The AirCard never looses connection to the AT&T network. It always shows a full signal. If I unplug the AirCard from the Smart Cradle and restart it then plug it back in the internet connection lights up green and starts working again. This is really becoming a problem because I can't access my Smart Door Lock and Video Doorbell when I am not at home because the network connection goes offline. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks!

    Can you message me the serial number of this unit we can check things out to see if what the issue with this dock is.
