Hello Darren
Sorry for the slow reply. The firmware is up to date. I've only just bought the Cradle. It's only happening with my iPhone 7 and iPad Air 2. Both devices are running the lates iOS. Even when I move out of wifi range and return to it, it doesn't connect automatically. I've even tried forgetting the network, and then reconnecting. The only thing that seems to work is to reboot the air Cradle. As I live in a rural area, I've resorted to turning off the security.

Hello EricT01
It must be something related to the wifi in the IOS devices if they are the only one having the issue I will try to look up if some setting needs changed to fix this.

I am having this problem as well with a new DC112A-100NAS. Mine and my wifes iPhones can initially connect but when we leave for the day and come back, they will not automatically reconnect. When I try to connect to either the 2GHz or 5GHz network, I am prompted for the security password again and again.
