Do not broadcast WIFI signal MR1100 M1

Hi
  Problem in my M 1 not broadcast wifi signal and restart work more than 10 times and no response Is there a program for the work of manual update I can not enter 192.168.1.1 and I can not plug in the cable because it does not respond

    Have you tried resetting the unit? To clarify the wired connection, what is the Ethernet / Local Area Connection Status? Is it Network Cable Unplugged? Unidentified Network?
