Hello
I am assuming you are trying to access your cameras from outside your local network. A NAT error here usually means your access request isn't passed through to you camera service. Assuming you have a public ip on your modem you need to set the port forward of the required ports that ezcloud needs to access the cameras. I don't own the device you are using so I am only guessing and making assumptions, but hopefully this is a start to find the problem

Since February 2017, i was accessed the camera through EZCloud. 2 weeks before onward, i got trouble.
So please advise how can i rectify this issue.
For CCTV Network we are using NVR304-32EP and for internet we are using Netgear DC112A Smart Cradle.
