eSIM Data Plan Lost After Device Reset (NETGEAR MH7150)
Dear NETGEAR Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue with my recently purchased eSIM data plan.
I purchased the following plan:
Plan: 10GB Asia & Oceania
Subscription ID: sub_0VGUc2HI2i0X3r0diK2lZasizVR7
Purchase Date: Saturday, Apr 11, 2026, 3:28 AM
However, I encountered a device issue with my NETGEAR MH7150. The device was unable to detect or broadcast any WiFi signal, which made it unusable. As a result, I had no choice but to perform a factory reset.
After the reset, the eSIM profile appears to have been completely removed from the device, and I am no longer able to access or use the purchased data plan.
I would greatly appreciate your help with one of the following:
Restoring the eSIM profile to my device, or
Reissuing the eSIM / data plan so I can use the remaining data.
