Ethernet on my MR2100 wont work

Hi,

 

I bought a new Netgear MR2100. Everything works fine but the ethernet port of my device wont work. 

 

I tried difficults things: resetting device, update firmware, ... but nothing seems to work.

 

Can someone give me some advice, please?

    Hi YentelS,

     

    Have you tried using different Ethernet Cable?

     

    Please make sure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the M2 and the device you’re trying to connect.

     

    Kindly access the M2 settings page, go to Settings > Setup > Mobile Router Setup > Ethernet Standby > select disabled > Apply

      Nothing seems to work...

       

      The setting that you propose I allready did that, but that no seems the solution.
