Firmware update failing for LM1200

I get the message Firmware Update Failed, Invalid update file. The package is not supported when I use the firmware provided here. 

 

These are my hardware details:

 

MR1100

    Which install are you using - Australia, US, or Europe?

     

    Is it possible that you have the LM1200-111 model?  Those installs are only for the LM1200-100.

    US (I'm in Canada so assuming this is correct). I was looking for the full part number and couldn't find anything beyond LM1200, even when going to 192.168.5.1/model.json.

      This post has the same firmware details of yours, and that poster says they have the LM122-111NAS

      No idea if there is an update for your version.
