Why has firware update support for ac782s?

What issues are you having with the ac782

Sorry, been out of contact. The ac782s used to check for updates and did so the last time I checked in Feb 2017 but since just reports 'update error - there was a problem updating your device - try again later'. A Telstra tech spent almost an hour trying to determine waht the problem was but could not. I assume the embedded URL in the device is no longer operable. Thanks
