Help aircard 760s mobile hotspot change route ip address

I have Bigpond 760s mobile hotspot 4g i change route ip address from 10.0.0.138 to 192.168.137.162 in web homepage,
after device restart i can't open 10.0.0.138 or http://bigpond.4g and 192.168.137.162, i actived internet connection i can't wifi sharing to another device & thatering via usb to computer.
i try to factory reset to hold wps button & power button 5 second after device restart nothing happen to change still same with that problem.
before i change route ip address i backup config to export.cfg file
please help for solution this problem?,
maybe tool import config file to transfer export.cfg? because i can't open web homepage.
