How can I access my mobile routers GUI if i am unable to connect to network

Hello, I’m desperate,

I cannot connect to my mobile router WiFi because I stupidly blocked myself somehow when I was whitelisting. So I need to go back in to my1login as I get this message every time. How do i reverse the whitelist if I am unable to connect.

You are not connected to your Mobile Router’s WiFi network. To access your Mobile Router’s GUI, your device must be connected to your Mobile Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

      Thank you for your reply.

unfortunatley that doesn’t solve my problem. I am still unable to log in to my1login as they need the router and it can’t be found.

      What have I done. :(

If you've properly factory reset the device, it should remove all the whitelisting and other things you've done. The only time it wouldn't would be if you did it with the providers (whomever provides your mobile connection) website and not the mobile hotspots settings.
