how do i put in the amount of data that i have used

Question

I have a few sim cards that from different ISPs. And i switched sim cards sometimes. Is there any way that i could put in the data that i have already used? Because everytime when i switched to another sim card, i need to reset the data to 0, rather than inputting the real figure that i have already used.
