How to enable "Netgear WWAN modem" and "Netgear DM port" on my AirCard 782S

Hi, I'm new here. Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

I have a AC782S (Telstra), I install driver from Netgear support website. When finish, it add 3 new VSP port but I can't found "Netgear WWAN Modem" and "Netgear DM Port" like this picture.

Anyone know how to enable this mode for my AC782S?
