How to unlock 5G SA in band region for MR6550
Dear all I bought a model MR6550-100PAS on Amazon US store from last year Now I’m using it in Viet Nam and it only has two options in Band Region menu 4G 4G+5G ( 5G NSA) I need one ...
The MR6550-100PAS is region-locked, supporting only NSA in U.S. firmware. The APS version includes SA mode for Asia. To unlock 5G SA, you’d need updated firmware or carrier-specific configuration, but Netgear doesn’t officially allow cross-flashing. Best option is contacting Netgear support for regional firmware.
