HOW TO UNLOCK A MR1100 TELSTRA ROUTER:
Hello,
I purchased a MR1100 TELSTRA ROUTER, the seller in the sales announcement had assured that it was unlocked, it could therefore be used with any telephone operator, but when I inserted a European data SIM and I set the APN it does not connect to the internet for the reason that the default setting remains that of the TELSTRA operator.
So for the router to be used with a European network it must be unlocked.
Please can someone help me?

I can confirm that Telstra MR1100 is not locked.
Please check the following to see whether the issue can be resolved.
1. Manually add your APN
2. Make sure the radio button in front of the newly created APN is checked. This is to set the APN as default so the device will use it to make data connection
3. On the same page, make sure Data checkbox is checked if it is empty.
