How to Unlock a Sierra Wireless Aircard U330?

Hello,

 

I'm already familiar with the Aircard Watcher Software to help unlock

I have already obtained 3 codes for 3 Aircards that I need unlocked

 

Unfortunately, after the process I still get the error message "Incorrect Sim" (I'm using a USIM that is not from my provider in order to unlock)

 

The agent on the phone suggested to add four 0's in front of my 12 digit unlock code. Now I am wondering, for a cellphone its either 16 digits or 8 digits for an unlock code. Is it normal that my U330 codes are 12 digits long?

    Hello maximumeffort

     

    The code should be 8 digits and you will have to contact the ISP again to get the correct code
