Is mr1100 a firmware upgrade possible?

I am currently using AT & T version but it is not available because it is used in other countries

There is no webpage window to select an upgrade file so nothing is possible. Is there any other way?

  • Yes, it's possible.

Download the file (newest FW for ATT):

    "MR1100-100NAS_23113828_NTG9x50C_12.05.05.00_00_GenericNA_01.02.secc"

    and upload it using "fdt.exe".

More informations can be found on WWW.

No I need NTG9X50C_12.05.05.00_ATT_03.12 firmware instead of NTG9x50C_12.05.05.00_00_GenericNA_01.02.secc version of the firmware

Because I am using the MR1100 ATT model

Generic software works perfectly on ATT 1A1NAS and 2A1NAS devices.
Just install it, come back and thank me.

Hello, I have a similar issue and it was recommended I too upgrade the firmware. The message you posted said more info at www but there is nothing else after the www. I googled the info, found a site but have idea how to upload using the FTD unto my router, which works every well with one except. After charging it, and unplugging the charger, within an hour, it shuts down and I cannot power it up unless I remove tha battery and put it back in. I really like this router, too bad Verizon does not have one.

nomad247 : do you plug-in an microSD card ? I have an "over heating" issue when I have an microSD card inside the M1. I suggest you to take it off (USB key too) and see if this solved the problem you have.
