Question

I have a better nightgown 1100 mobile hotspot by att. I had a storm go through now my Ethernet port does not work. I have rebooted and still nothing. I have checked for updates and it says no updates. I am not tech savy. I use the port for my internet phone so I need help with this issue. The mobile router is my only source of internet in my rural area. Thanks

Please do a factory reset to see if this fix the issue.&nbsp;

Did you purchase the device from AT&amp;T? If so, kindly call AT&amp;T to do hardware check.&nbsp;
