Just bought brand new M6 Pro

Just bought brand new M6 Pro. I can’t believe how awful it is. Just stops responding, turns off cellular, won’t connect on 5g  or 2.4g. Turn off WiFi and yes I have tried all the options to disable WiFi timing out including WiFi always on. There is something seriously wrong with this product! Surely Netgear are aware of these issues?
