LB1120 ARP Flooding

Question

I&nbsp; have several LB1120s and on my network I have two IP ranges.&nbsp; The LB1120 is set to 192.168.3.XX and the other network is 192.168.1.XX.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The LB1120 fills up the ARP cache i almost immediately with its own mac address in the 192.168.1.XX subnet before the actual devices on the network even have a chance to respond.&nbsp;&nbsp;How do I stop this from happening.&nbsp; I need to perform network scans to confirm which IP addresses are actually active.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Still having this problem and no repsonses.&nbsp; I believe this is a hardware problem.&nbsp;Anybody?&nbsp;
