LB1120 Bridge Mode - No Connectivity
Hello, Trying out an LB1120 before installing across three locations as failover devices. Using AT&T and testing behind a consumer Linksys E2500 with default settings. The LB1120 works fine using...

A new firmware has been posted on the update servers that fixes the LB bridge mode issue. To update LB1120, LB1121 or LB2120 to latest Firmware log into the LB web ui and go to Settings àGeneral à Software and Reset once there select check for update and wait then simply follow onscreen instructions to update the Firmware. See below for example of how the LB2120 Firmware Info screen looks like after update. For other device just need to make sure that you are using App Version: NTG9X07C_12.09.05.27

I have just purchased an LB2120NAS and would like to use this unit as a mobile failover when my wireline goes down. I have obtained a login, password, APN, and static IP from my carrier. I would like to place the LB2120 into bridge mode and let a Sonicwall perform NAT, DHCP, etc.
I have downloaded / installed the latest LB2120 firmware to patch the bridge mode issue. Here are the current modem specs from the about page. The unit has been power cycled several times since the upgrade.
Firmware Version: M18Q2_v12.09.163431
App Version: NTG9X07C_12.09.05.27
Web App Version: LBHDATA_03.03.103.165
Bootloader Version: Bootloader Ver: v1.0.0
Hardware Version: 08
I am not having any success with bridge mode and have several questions:
- Should a mobile profile be created in the LB2120 and always connected to in order for Bridge mode (IPPT) to function properly?
- On the firewall (Sonicwall) end, should my WAN type be set as Static IP, or PPPoE? The Static IP WAN type does not have an APN or service name field, and my carrier won't provide me a subnet mask or gateway address for the service. The PPPoE WAN type seems like a more likely candidate, however I can't seem to connect.
Any help woudl be appreciated. Thanks.
