LB1120 Model on Tmobile and ATT

Hi,

 

I purchased LB1120. I have put in AT&T sim, I see all bars. It shows 3G symoble on dashboard, however I am not able to connect to Internet.

 

I put in T-mobile sim card and there are no bars at all. 

 

Is there any APN settings for LB1120 for AT&T and Tmobile which can connect to network. I tried putting APN settings available from the net but no success so far.

    What is the device SKU (e.g. LB1120-xxx)?

     

    Kindly reset LB1120 to factory default settings. You can use either the Reset button on the back of the modem or the modem’s web pages. However, if you cannot find the IP address or lost the password to
    access the modem, you must use the Reset button.
