LB1120 Solid Amber Light, connected, No internet
My modem worked fine until yesterday, when it started showing a solid amber power light and alternating signal strength lights in the following pattern: on, off, on, off, on. My computer and tablets are able to connect to the device but not able to connect to the internet.
I have completed the following troubleshooting protocol:
- Plugged directly into the computer via Ethernet to eliminate question of WiFi router issue
- Turned the device off and on
- Restarred my computer
- Completed a master reset by holding the reset button in for 60 seconds, and again for 10 seconds
- Disconnected and reconnected the power cord
- Removed and then reinserted the SIM card
- Contacted AT&T, received an update, verified the account is active, and AT&T was able to see that the SIM card was in fact contacting the network
- Attempted to contact the device IP address through IE and Chrome, was not able to, even after clearing the histories
