LB2120 Not connecting

Have been using the 4G router for over year without issues. I don't use failover  - so just the mobile network .

As from 2 days ago the modem is not connecting to the internet.

Message = "Mobile Broadband Disconnected"

LED = steady orange - no green (signal) LEDs

I have factory reset the device (soft and hard) - no difference

I can see the mobile network I use (Orange France) when I run a manual scan via the modem's software so the SIM is working

I can connect to the LTE network using the same SIM card in an iPhone so the SIM is OK for data

 

Any ideas?

    do you have any update ?

     

    I have the same problem (with FREE provider) the 4G stop's working, and it seem's along the same date as you (i'm using it as backup so i have not detected the exact time the service disrupted).

     

    somebody have any idea how to debug this ?

      Hello Claude,

       

      No - no update - the modem still does not connect to the data network (3G, 4G etc)

       

      In the end I had to buy a new LB2120 - which works fine with the same SIM, antennae etc.

       

      It would be great if someone on the community was able to help?

        Finally I have resolve the problem ..

         

        A factory configuration reset did the trick, now everything is working again ..
