LB2120 sends 18 sms messages a day about upgrade
I am finding that my LB2120 is sending me 18 SMS messages at a time, "003 LB2120 4V0174NR00B90 software update is available." to indicate that a software upgrade is availble for it. It is locat...
I do not have remote access to the admin GUI, or to even find what IP address the modem is running on.
At this time, the wireline service has not yet been installed.
I am up to about 25 messages a day.
This is going to cost me much money.
Again, this LB2120 is installed at a very remote location in the mountains of West Virginia.
I am in Florida...
Is anyone from NetGear even going to respond?
No responses from Netgear.
I was charged hundreds of dollars in text messages.
I had AT&T shut down the account.
I will NEVER buy another Netgear product.
