I purchased an LM1200 LTE Modem/Router to serve as a fallback connection for my computer, the WAN feature seems to require a firmware update, I've tried updating through the web UI, but it keeps giving me an update error, did several resets and 2 factory resets, still, no dice.

Same here spent a few hours with support they are no help. I was asking for a link to download the firmware and see if we can update it that way.

    Can you send me the correct fw as well I dl the update release given by net gear when typing in the model ans it says update failed
