LM1200 no VoLTE but is compatible with Verizon and T-Mobile???

Netgear indicates that the LM1200 modem is compatible with T-Mobile and Verizon yet both online sites don't show this device listed and indicate that the mdem needs to be VoLTE which I believe the LM1200 is not.

What's the story here?

Has anyone successfully used this modem on either network?

The Netgear site/link indeed says it is "compatible" but carriers won't confirm without an IMEI. They have also specified devices have to be VoLTE which the LM1200 is not!

So other than buying the device to get the IMEI to confirm I was hoping someone in the community actually has been successful in using this device on T-Mobile (or Verizon or any MNVO's) to confirm that it will work.

I talked to several VZ support folks and hotspot devices with third party devices are like speaking a foreign language to them.  While your device may be certified on a carrier's network that doesn't mean it'll work with all of their plans. The last support person I got (after much research) said the LM1200 will only work on their home internet plans - not the mobile hotspot plans. So it would be very helpful if Netgear could go one step further and add what carrier plans their devices are certified for. In my case their home internet is not available where I need it.
