M1 AT&T Hotspot Parental Controls Not Working

Since I have my network mostly up and running, I am now focusing again on parental controls.  In a nutshell...they don't work.  I've been working on it for a few weeks and havn't gotten it to work.  I am logged in with my opendns account and have it set on high.  It's been there for about an hour.  Still....facebook, youtube, porn sites, all manner of inappropriate sites .... wide freakin' open.

How do you make this goofy thing work?
