M6 Pro - overheating, unreliable
Hi from Brisbane Australia.
We have a m6 pro, it is currently connected to powered with the battery in as this seems to be the only way we can get it to work. I’ve tried to run it AC only and it won’t power up?
We have the Ethernet cable plugged into our security system and the tv and phones running from wifi.
Our problem is, it overheats EVERY DAY!
Is there a patch or fix coming for this problem?
At the moment I have to place it on a sealed ice brick / pack to get it to work consistently.
I’m very disillusioned after spending $800 + on this product.

For no battery operation, it is one of the features to support the fixed wireless setup.
Could you please confirm you use the same PA and USB cable shipping with the device? Please provide the photo of the PA and USB cable is possible. There should be a PN on the USB cable label. Please provide the part number.
Thanks
John
