That sounds really frustrating. It does seem like the latest firmware might be the culprit, especially since others have reported similar issues. Try restarting or doing a factory reset to see if it helps, but if not, it’s probably best to reach out to Netgear support, they might need to release a fix for this update.

Yeah thanks, have factory reset multiple times & even swapped the modem over with a spare MR6500 modem we have & same result, signal drops out after a couple of hours (like standby mode). The only way we can get it working again is to disconnect power & turn on again.
Any ideas on the best way to contact NETGEAR Support in Australia?
