Thanks, I'll do that. Also had a chat with Netgear Insight support on the phone and they couldn't find the same settings either. They seemed surprised that they weren't there so perhaps it's a bug..?
i can't really comment because I don't have an Insight sub. Hopefully they figure out your issue
