Hello! I have some similar problems with Wind3 italian operator. After having a couple of time the error, the esim is actually installed and activated.
However, the device fails to unblock the sim: when i try to insert the eSIM pin, it sais that is wrong and still give me 3 attempts. No support from anybody.
I'm stuck. I think I will ask for a refound of the device and of the eSIM at this point.
