Everything was up to date. I exchanged it for another one from ATT store. Exact same issue. So I gave up on the device. Not sure how anyone uses one honestly. Unless I just was unlucky and got 2 bad ones.

- No this was not the same sort of issue. Mine completely powered down and would not restart unless the battery was removed and replaced. And it’s didnt matter if my power mode was set to “never”.

Next step was to contact support to get further assistance on this.
It seemed like an abnormal issue.
