Model LAX20 WIFI
Hi
Can anyone help please:
I tried many different ways to get into my router but it always takes me back to starting netgear screen with no login menu. I was advised by Netgear to change settings on my router but unfortunately cannot get in to do just that. My router is a home use unit with telstra 4g service.

Hi Micro,
I was directed by netgear support (via email) to login via http://www.routerlogin.net . Not very helpful as it went to the screen as noted in your Q1 .
I was using my pc as the netgear is right next to my laptop. I also tried the nighthawk app on my phone but could not find to get into to make adjustments to the 2,4ghz and 5ghz setting in the email from netgear:

Where do you get it? from JB HifiWhere are you trying to log in? Browser/Nighthawk app? at home next to my netgear.

Have you tried a different browser and/or PC?
Try using its IP address. The default is 192.168.1.1
