Modem can't get AT&T wifi signal. Everything looks fine

Power light on left is orange.

Light on right blinking green.

Everything else looks fine.  No storm or power outage, just no wifi signal from AT&T.

Have already reset and turned power on/off.

Please describe the individual signal bar if it is lit up green or off.
