Modem/Router recomendation
Can someone recomend a top of the line Modem/Router or router?
I will start teaching zoom from home and I need the most reliable and robust etharnet/Wi Fi connection for all my systems at home. I am planing to have two dedicated ethernet connections to 2 PC's and 1 K radio Wi Fi signal for about 10 different gagets that range from sprinkle system, alarm, video cameras, cell phones, TV and 4 cell phone among other laptops and tablets.
I was thinking about the RT-AX88U as a router for it's capabilities but this is not a modem/ router option. Over priced on amazon and not available in other places at this time. The Asus DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem Router CM32 seems like a decent option but I keep reading reviewers getting a lot of issues with it. Can someone recommend me please two decent models closed to the RT-AX88U but with modem/router capabilities?
Open to suggestions!

Who's your isp? Thats key with modem/router combo devices.
If your isp supports it, the docsis 3.1 devices are what I'd recommend.
For combo devices with docsis 3.1 theres the C7800 and CAX80 but again, you'd have to check with your isp.
You'll find most around here don't recommend combo devices. We usually recommend buying the modem seperate from the router so you can upgrade either at will as well as it gives you control over the firmware.

You don't need one of the "Mobile Routers, Hotspots & Modems" covered by this section.
