I’ve seen this happen before with some newer Nighthawk models. Sometimes the Netgear Mobile app doesn’t pick up the MR7450 even though Wi-Fi and web access are working fine. A quick fix that helped me was clearing the app cache and re-pairing the device. Also try checking if the router shows up after a full reboot.
