I tried this method, but unfortunately, it still doesn't recognize the mobile app. I tried it on both an Android device and an iOS device. It's the same thing everywhere. I tried clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling it, and reconnecting, but it still doesn't recognize it. Netgear recognizes any older devices without any problems.
