I’ve seen similar behavior with some Netgear devices—sometimes the mobile app doesn’t detect certain models even though Wi-Fi and web access work fine. One thing that helps is making sure the router and phone are on the same network band (2.4 GHz vs 5 GHz) and checking that any mobile firewall or VPN is off. Other than that, it might be a device-specific app compatibility issue.
